First, I have 3 text boxes (username, password, and domain). Why is domain a text box??? 

Second, auth fails always only on mobile client. Log shows that "NoSuchUserAccountException  occured with message : No account to access this service" when, in fact, it does and works fine on desktop views. 

Third, there is not a way to customize the /mc login page or at least not a documented way. I need to be able to customize it.
