I have a new build of 12.1 that I am having issues with polling for a custom template.  Initially I installed OM with the PostgreSQL database but then opted to uninstall and reinstall on the same server with MS SQL Express.

I created a custom template for a device which queries without problem when testing the monitors.  However, the device never actually gets polled.

I search through the forum and found a few things to try but it still isn't working.  I would appreciate some guidance on possible next steps.
