Password reset reports success but fails to go to DC
When we have certain Domain Controllers set as the first in the list. Password reset will report as success but we can find no matching communication of any kind that we can find. On the other hand password changes work. It appears to only happen to DCs running 2012 and up.

I am pretty sure my issue relates to to the security patch known issue I am working on attempting to verify it.
