Unable to send notifications - Mail Server

Hi Guys

I have been unable to configure the Mail Server despite having the our exchange settings. I've tried quite a number of solutions in the forum to no luck.

We're using Office 365 for our Exchange Services. I have attached the support file here.

Please assist.
