Custom Template will not poll
Hi, I have a new build of 12.1 that I am having issues with polling for a custom template. Initially I installed OM with the PostgreSQL database but then opted to uninstall and reinstall on the same server with MS SQL Express. I created a custom template for a device which queries without problem when testing the monitors. However, the device never actually gets polled. I search through the forum and found a few things to try but it still isn't working. I would appreciate some guidance on possible
md5 checksum on download page
I have big problems with downloading the file ManageEngine_DesktopCentral_64bit.exe. The file is often defective. When I download the file several times, it has always another md5 checksum. Only when I invite them over my rented vServer (CentOS7), the checksums are identical. Is it possible that on the download page https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/download.html or under http://archives.manageengine.com/ an md5 or sha1 checksum is indicated? It could be used to verify the files
Solution Pictures lost since server migration
Hello, The pictures on my solutions aren't appearing. If I right click on one it has the name of the old server referenced. If there a script I can run to change these across the DB please, I suspect if I looked hard enough I would find them in my Requests as well? Cheers Rich

I have a web form that is sending an email to our SDP instance to generate an Incident Request. I'd like it to use a specific form, which I've included in the parsing commands. However, it is not selecting the template, but using the Default Template.

Can not print a request with full details
We have just had an ISO audit and have received a non-conformance because we are unable to print a request with all the details. All you get is a print-out of the Print Preview configuration with the first page with the scroll cursor on the right showing there is a lot more information below. We tried printing on the ServiceDesk Plus online demo and that appears to work correctly so clearly has now been fixed. When are the plans to roll this fix to the MSP edition? We are currently on 9006. P.S.

BUG - Changin custom report privay from 'Just me' to Public fails on new interface
Fails on new interface as above. UI says it has completed successfully but the change does not take effect. If I switch back to old interface it allows me to change scope.

Can't increase ServiceDesk wrapper java heap memory
Hi, Our application server running ServiceDesk Plus has 4GB of RAM memory available, but the SD wrapper is set to use only max. 1024MB. Since there's plenty of ram left that could be used by the app, we'd like to increase this value. Windows 7 with Gina Role with Sophos Safeguard 7.0 Logon wrong.
After installing the Gina Role and configuring the change for the registry I see a huge problem. The gina link works properly but when choosing to log in as a different user "switch user" on windows 7 and click "other user" it prompts for Username, Domain, Password in that order. OpManager 11600, user can't authenticate via Active Directory
Hi, as per the title, I configured the Active Directory domain, and added a few AD users, but all I see is an "Error!" page instead of a successful logon. "Add Resource Group" takes more than 2mins to load
Hi Manageengine Forum When I click on "Add Resource Group", then it shows me the first some lines. Also the dropdown for sub-groups (thats the last one). But for filtering-settings, it loads more than two minutes. When I connect to the windows server, I see both CPU cores jumping to 100%. Hello, After recently upgrading to Build 8503 I've noticed that any resource that has an ampersand (&) in the Resource Name or User Account name has an error every time you attempt to reveal the password associated with that resource. Requester Autofill has stopped functioning.
Good day, I'd recently performed a few updates on our installation of ServiceDesk Plus (latest version), and have noticed that the requester field has stopped autofilling based on the logged on user. Mail aliases bug
Hi! Looks like I've found a problem in SD+. We have 3 e-mails aliased with the single mailbox where Service Desk plus is fetching e-mails. With the single e-mail added to the mail settings - we have other mailboxes added to the CC field when doing a reply, if the request is sent there. In case I'm adding other mailboxes, they are not added to CC, but after some time they are back to CC all but the first e-mail in the list. Request templates do not apply
Hi, When I go to edit existing ticket and want to apply the template - this only changes the description and not priority, category, impact etc. Is this a known issue? We are using the system at call centre and they simply have no time to go through each bit one by one. This works fine when I create a new incident but not when editing newly created from email Please help

OpManager v12.1 Device Status
Status page shows device in Trouble Status. Interface in Status page shows Trouble. Clicking on Interface to go to the details page, shows no problems. OpManager v11.6 shows no errors either. Also, we just upgraded this router with a different model and had to do a re-discover 3 times before it would pick up the new information.
Problem using chrome
Hey, I recently upgraded my google chrome to version 53.0.2785.116. When I search for an asset and want to view the depreciation details I can’t set the schedule to monthly. It keeps at annually when I click the monthly button. When I use Internet explorer or chrome version 51.0.2704.84 I have no problems. I also reset my browser settings without effect. problem when changing a field in SDP
dear all, I updated SDP to latest version 9218 and got a error when try to change a field in some requests ( issue not happen on all request) that changing field does not take effect it continues blinking and using F12 to see log it said 401 error, only when I press F5 to refresh the page error gone and new changing take effect. can you check this issue. thank you ! Counter of opened ticket broken. Won't stop after on hold
Hello, I have a problem with the new version of ServiceDesk Plus. We are at version 9.2 Build 9225, we have upgraded from build 9105, and now this happens : We put on open a new ticket, after a while, we put it on hold, then again on open, and after we put in on hold again, sometimes, it keeps counting regardless if its open , on hold or we start a worklog timer and then stop it (when its on hold). We are well into a discussion of SLA response times and getting buy in from the client and their users, and I have recently realized that although SLAs for Incidents can have response SLA as well as resolve SLA's, for some very strange reason I don't understand at all, Service Requests do not have response SLA's, only Resolve SLA's. Issue with Custom Report (filter by Ref. Ticket Number)
Hello, I ran into an issue while creating a Custom Report for tickets that: 1) Were created this year (works fine) 2) Ref. Ticket Number field is not empty I selected the Advance Filter - Ref.Ticket Number 'is not' None The report runs correctly for the first two to three pages but I see a lot of 'Not Assigned' (basically blank field) starting page four. Weird issues out of nowhere - Support Needed
Technicians are getting the following error when creating tickets: They choose the requester, whose associated to his site, and his information is autopopulated. No problem creating the ticket... But once the page refreshes and we're redirected to the created ticket the error quickly pops up and the Site field isnt populated - it says "Not associated to any Account". Bugs when saving a report
When you save a report that's previously been saved The folder that the report is saved in is not automatically selected, so you can easily save the report in the wrong folder. The list of folders in the save report dialog is not sorted, so it's hard to find the correct folder. We've got 30+ folders and it's painful. Thanks Chris
Problem with creating groups
Hi there, when I create a group with the AD Manager the attribute "displayName" will be filled with the groupname. If I create a group with the normale AD MMC the displayName attribute is no set and empty. Is it possible to achieve this with the AD Manager tool as well? Custom SNMP monitor tests OK but no graph data
I defined a custom snmp oid monitor, when I click test values are returned but even after waiting overnight no graph data is present. Running on windows server 2008r2 with PostgreSQL. I did import a MIB bundle file that was provided by the vendor (multiple MIBS in one file), could there be an issue with that, or something else? Thank you for any suggestions. I checked nmserr and stderr logs but didn't see anything with frequency of every 2 minutes that is set on the monitors. I do see some errors
