Notification when a request is left unpicked
Hello, There's a nice feature in Admin/User Settings/Group, where you can enable to send notification to smb if a request is left unpicked for certain time. However, I think this period of time (in days, hours and minutes) is calculcated "forthright", not regarding working hours/days.. and that annoys, because on Mondays (after non-working weekend) I get lots of letters, but they are not so "urgent".. Can you please fix this? :)

Can Service Desk Plus be configured so that when a request is closed a Resolution has to be input?

Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus
I am testing OpManager and Service Desk Pro and followed the instruction below to integrate OpManger with Service Desk Plus, without error (i.e. Successfully tested and added the ServiceDesk Plus server details) http://help.opmanager.com/intregate_sdp-2 Opmanager (v 12100 (64 Bit)) ServiceDesk Plus (v9.2 Build 9227) However, when I added a new notification profile (i.e. click Log a Ticket under Add New), "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus" is shown. Reports in Office 365
When I run a report of a user in ADManager under AD Reports - Office 365 called Unlicensed Users - this reports shows me all the unlicensed users as well as any shared mailboxes. I'm assuming this is because shared mailboxes do not consume a license. At first I thought this was just a typo - and it should be unlicensed mailboxes, however this is not the case since unlicensed users do not have a mailbox, but shared mailboxes do actually contain mail data and/or mailboxes (however they do not have
Email replies not added to ticket if an email address in recipients contains a hash character
Observed that for one specific ticket - replies coming in from the customer side were not being added to the existing ticket ID. It appears that this is down to one of the (customer) email addresses in the recipient list containing/starting with a hash # character, e.g. #email@customer.co.uk Our ticket 'identifier' appears like ##nnnn##, which needs to be included in the Subject to add to an existing ticket. Server monitors not showing data
Hello, On opmanager some servers show the CPU/Memory/Disk utilization fine but on other servers using the exact same template nothing shows up unless you click on the window. I've tried making a custom template, removing the monitors and re-adding them as well as changing to a different template as well. Nothing has worked. Functionality of Custom Group
Hi there I got some need where I could use Custom Group, but.. Can't understand functionality of Custom Group. For example - Create Group with machines where Skype 6.x Installed (Software Name = "Skype 6") but I can't see this group when try to create deployment Our build 92082, previously we used Custom group to export lists and copy/paste them to targets but now it's impossible to paste many machines. REST API unable to delete a single graph
Hi, according to http://help.opmanager.com/rest_api-v12 I can use getGraphNames to obtain a list of graph associated to the device. I have to write a script to automatically delete a graph when it matches a certain condition - the issue is that the REST APIs will let me delete a whole performance monitor but not a single graph (the one identified with a pollId). OpManager 12100 creates a wrong dashboard graph
Another day, another issue. Summary: I found that if I create a graph through the dashboard the displayed values are correct, but plotted incorrectly. Keyboard shortcuts
Hello, developers, I use a lot and really really like the keyboard shortcuts. But I don't like how "r" (Reply) works, as it replies the first letter, not the latest. Usually you want to reply to the last conversation, not the initial letter.. so this "r" should open Reply for the last letter. Could you fix it? :) P.S. How "time elapsed" is calculated?
I think SCP calculates "time elapsed" including the time the request was closed (if it was reopened after that): If a request was received on 10AM and closed on 11AM (same day), that is 1 hour of elapsed time. But if contact responds (re-opens the same request) on 4PM (same day) and we close on 5PM (same day), so system shows "Elapsed time" 7 hours (not 2 hours). And that is absolutely wrong. We can't use Elapsed time in our Reporting/measuring of our performance because of this. Do you need a specific

Unable to login to SDP
Hi, We have a cloud servicedesk server (AZURE), and at the beggining we were able to login by administrator account without any problems, then we imported users from our domain controller and we were able to login with the domain users too. Suddenly the application wouldn't let the damain users login and we created local users just to ensure that at any time we would be able to login. I test latest build on my acceptance server before install on production server at the customer. Original Recipients are added back into a Reply - even if previously removed
9.1 Build 9110 We've noticed this a few times - mainly as the customer we are working with, 2 of the customer contacts are no longer working with our project - and dont need to be included. Scenario: A ticket has been created by emailing our dedicated support address. Follow-on Replies have more recipients added to them as required. After a specific reply - It is noted that these 2 people should not be included in future updates - so they are removed manually from the recipient list before the reply
Security Update for .NET Framework not showed
We 'have 6 MS windows 2012 servers with any version of .net framework. Till last July we found any security update for any .net version listed into missing patches. Now even if Microsoft released new security update (MS16-091) on all server not .net fix is listed, while MS MBSA and Windows Update show it as required. I tried to force DB refresh, inventory and scan all systems but nothing changed. Do any one have same issue ?
Trigger business rule when request is assigned to a particular group
SDP 9209 I have created a business rule which triggers when a request is assigned to our developers group. This works fine if the request is assigned using the template (ie by editing it). However the business rule is not triggered if the request is assigned from the request list view or via the Assign operations menu option. Any ideas? Thanks, Roy

When may approvers approve a request the response email creates a new request in service desk. How can I stop this from Happening. This is something that started with a greater frequency when updated to 9.2 build 9223 running mssql.
Service Desk Plus new logons are NOT working for web based forms
Please can I log a new prioritised ticket relating to a vulnerability discovered today. We are experiencing an issue whereby any users who are using desktop icons/links and have logged off from Service Desk Plus cannot log back on to the service. Collection against Netapp file failing - Issues after Installing Build 5000
After upgrade to build 5000, collection against NetApp filers fails with this message Error - The System cannot find the specified path Config is a s follows: This path has been working for the last 2 years across the various service pack release. Netflow - Source/Destination appearing as 'Others'
Hey guys We've got netflow traffic coming in on our newly built v12 probe, however the traffic is appearing 'Others' - similar to the 'Unaccounted' issue on v11. I remember the fix for v11 'unaccounted' issue we had to copy the bcp files over into the Netflow/bin folder. Is there a similar fix for this? Please see screenshots for more info on error. Performance data not collected from OpManager
Hi, I am using OpManager 11600. I am testing the latest Analytics Plus software. I successfully added the OpManager via API. I can see reports related to alarms and inventory. Can't able to see a technician
Hi, I created a technician but I can't see him. He is active because he can manage tickets (reply, close). I would like to add a new role but I can't. If he try to create this technician again, the message is : "Login with same name already exists. Please provide a different value." Have you got the same issue and have you a solution ? Delete/hide old and useless Reports

Unknown type for discovered VMs
Hi - when I add a vCenter virtual appliance to perform an automated VM monitoring, the VMs are correctly added to OpManager - but the discovered VMs are of type "Unknown". I have created a set of templates that via SNMP that correctly recognize each host (tested with the VMs IPs) and monitor a different subset of metrics, but I can't find a way to automatically associate the SNMP credentials to the automatically discovered VMs. The only workaround I found so far is manually re-discover the VMs adding
Status Resolved not sending notification
I have found another issue. When I set the status to resolved SCP does not send a notification anymore. This has only stopt working whren I update to version 7.6. This funtion was working in the pervious version of SCP This is how my setting are now do I need set anything else? Regards, Allistair
