Trigger business rule when request is assigned to a particular group

SDP 9209

I have created a business rule which triggers when a request is assigned to our developers group. This works fine if the request is assigned using the template (ie by editing it). However the business rule is not triggered if the request is assigned from the request list view or via the Assign operations menu option.

Any ideas?
