Custom SNMP monitor tests OK but no graph data

I defined a custom snmp oid monitor, when I click test values are returned but even after waiting overnight no graph data is present. Running on windows server 2008r2 with PostgreSQL. I did import a MIB bundle file that was provided by the vendor (multiple MIBS in one file), could there be an issue with that, or something else?
Thank you for any suggestions. I checked nmserr and stderr logs but didn't see anything with frequency of every 2 minutes that is set on the monitors.

I do see some errors reference 'txn rollback occurs' very frequnently in serverout log and some postgresql error in stderr log, not sure if they are relevant or not.
