License issue

License issue

We just received our license file from our SCM focal.   We have passed our 30 day trial period of ServiceDesk Plus and tried to apply the new license file and it says invalid license file(Error code 500).

What do we need to do to request a new license file or process steps we might be forgetting while installing the new license file.
