iOS crashing
Hello! I recently updated to version 4.5 of the Servicedesk app that was just pushed a few hours a go and I can no longer log in to our organization's servicedesk server. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and while I can still enter the information to log in (the server address, username, password) it crashes as soon as I submit the log in information. However, I am able to log in to the demo. I'm currently using an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 11.3.1 installed. Is there anything I can try and do?

Hello, I am a PMP user and have a strange problem in working with PMP. Sometimes while users are connecting to remote servers, their connection is suddenly closed and then those users cannot even login to PMP web console, unless reseting their passwords.

Hi, we've got some older Windows 2K3 servers which were recently added to Desktop Central. When looking through the list of missing patches for these servers I noticed that Firefox ESR 60 is suggested which is wrong because Mozilla stopped supporting older windows releases recently and the last installable Firefox ESR version for theses system ist Firefox ESR 52. So please update your patch db ASAP to fix this issue.

Notifications that tickets have not been asigned
I can't write scripts , if someone could help me that would be awesome At the moment the tech's do not want emails notifying them that a ticket has been created, it's up to us the techs to look at the screen between idle times to assign a ticket to ourselves. BUT, sometimes we all get busy or forget to look at the screen so we would like to be notified after say 1 hour that a ticket is sitting in the Q unassigned. is this possible, how do I make a script that would do this. Uninstall OpMAnager Trial version
HI there, I installed OpManger Trial version. It worked fine. I wanted to uninstall the software but that was not possible. I decided to remove manually the entire folder C:\ManageEngine\OpManager. Now, I want to reinstall the software (free version) but I have an error message telling me that I need to uninstall the previous version. OPManager and Probe configuration restore issue
when I re-installed probe with the clean image and restore probe configuration into the system. I found central can only see probe communication status is running but all of original CI information is missed. I have to discover device and interface again, and re-configure detail settings. Any clues for this problem? Thank you.
High Availability FAILURE
Hi, We are currently in the middle of a network swing test, where our primary datacenter has been isolated from the network, and all services have been migrated to the backup datacenter. High Availability in PMP, which has worked in the past, has failed. The Admin/High Availability screen says "High Availability status: Not Running," and "You are currently accessing secondary server." Because of this, none of our technicians can request access to passwords, which is something we need during tests

Hi, We have finally narrowed down our password reset issue to this field the Password Policy Enforcer. Whatever value we put in for the number of characters to include, users are unable to reset their passwords successfully unless they use a password with this value plus 1. So if the number of numeric characters required is 1 then you need at least 2, if I set it to 2 then passwords will need 3 numeric characters, and so on, for a successful password change. The thing that made this so hard to work
Rules does not after form submission(Emergency)
Dear Sir, Rules does not work after submit a form. All fields are displayed after Submitting the form, even the fields that were hidden under the rules. Technicians see a lot of fields that should not be seen. Some of them are required while they are not in the form based on written rules. This is very important problem and Technicians are confused. Unable to reach the Domain! Toshiba 91043
I just installed 91043 and in the inventory tab I now get the notice Unable to reach domain!, when i click on the details it shows it's http://support.toshiba.com. I can reach the website via broswer from the DC server, i've tried the "try connecting now" button multiple times now luck. any suggestions on how to get rid of this. thanks

The person has been deleted as technician. but we think that this persons scheduled report is still sending the report to him. is there a way to delete a scheduled report with a user who is not in the system anymore?
Problem connecting to mailbox.
Request to sevicedeskplus via email suddenly stopped. This is the error message I saw when troubleshooting mail server settings: FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox. I could telnet the port POP/110 , I also get reply when i pinged the mail server.

Hello, I manually updated the Time Zone with tzupdater.jar but we still have incorrect time (it's 1 hour behind computer's time) as you can see in the print screen. What's the solution ?
Restore DB to new server
We need to move our ServiceDesk Plus server to a new VM and for that i installed the same version (9.3.3.5) on the new VM. I tryed the to restore a full backup (Mysql) to the new installed server with pgsql. However as per the restprestatus (attached) it only partly restored the DB. any idea what went wrong? regards Matt

Unable to login using currently logged in AD account
Since upgrading to 9800, I have found more than one AD account that can no longer use their current logged in account to remote to resources. The option is greyed out. I fixed one account simply by deleting them from PMP and re-importing them, but I don't want to have to do that with every account, especially mine, seeing as how I'm a SuperAdmin.

Our management currently wants a report for disabled accounts attempting to log in, but ADAudit only has a report for disabled/expired/locked out. I have attempted to modify that report to just show instances with Event Code 2645, but I'm not getting any hits for it. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hi, We have put Desktop central into production today and so far have 3 problems, emails have been sent to support, but thought someone may be able to help on here. We are running version 70106 1. After we ran the vun updater and scanned our Windows 2003 Server we pushed out all patches, then ran the scanner again to ensure there were none missed. After all patches were said to be installed we ran windows update and the following high priority updates were showing KB973917 KB973923 KB973924
9418 requester portal not mult-lingual
Just tested the new 9418 (well 9419 actually) and discovered they changed the widget to raise a new ticket in the requester portal. Basically there's 3 options: - Create an issue - Request a service - View all solutions Turns out these options doesn't translate like the rest of the product. So if you have the multi-language edition, be careful berfore you upgrade past 9417! Someone asked this in another thread, and got no answer, so I'm gonna try: Is there any way to bring back the old widget? /Rasmus

determine request status out from reply text and set status
Servicedesk plus changes status to open, when a customer replys on a request. I need a script that can check if reply text has word or phrases pressent in the text. If not then leave the status as it is, not open. If the word or the phrases are in the text then set status to specificed status. Anyone that can help me with this?
No Longer able to sync or change passwords
We recently upgraded from 9100 to 9800 and now we are no longer able to sync or change local admin passwords.
A Few Issues
1) I have a user with a license who gets a message that his email address is not to register his email address. No one else gets this message. The message also says to check your yet confirmed and to check his email to confirm your registration. No email is ever sent. 2) Password Reset request - never sends an email to the user. yes I checked my spam folder. 3) Logon screen lists Username: admin | Password: admin. Don't think this is a great idea to show on the splash screen to all users. How to
Time Incorrect in Desktop Central
Thie time in the Desktop central deploymnet is showing incorrect even though the server time is correct. It's exactly 1 hour behind. I can't find anywhere in the settings to change the time. Dependancies not being installed.
Good Afternoon, We have tried to install Windows KB4457144 (2018-9 Security Rollup for server 2008 R2) - ManageEngine patch ID: 25311 This patch has a dependency: KB3177467. If not installed installation can fail on 2008 R2 servers. This is not reflected in the patch database. Can that be corrected? This is a known issue in the patch release notes.
