Problem after 9417 upgrade
Hi
Upgraded my SDP 9414 to 9417 last night and after upgrade the small box to the right that show
if other technician look at the same case does not show up at all now.
I have the same error on my test environment.
Is this a bug or a new setting that must be enabled?
