Problem connecting to mailbox.
Request to sevicedeskplus via email suddenly stopped.
This is the error message I saw when troubleshooting mail server settings:
FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox.
I could telnet the port POP/110 , I also get reply when i pinged the mail server.
