Restore DB to new server
We need to move our ServiceDesk Plus server to a new VM and for that i installed the same version (9.3.3.5) on the new VM. I tryed the to restore a full backup (Mysql) to the new installed server with pgsql.
However as per the restprestatus (attached) it only partly restored the DB.
any idea what went wrong?
