Agents failing to update after updating server to DC 10.0.310
I've got a ticket going with support, but after I updated to 10.0.310 my agents are failing to update, making them unmanageable right now. More as I hear from support.
Unable to reach the Domain! Toshiba 91043
I just installed 91043 and in the inventory tab I now get the notice Unable to reach domain!, when i click on the details it shows it's http://support.toshiba.com. I can reach the website via broswer from the DC server, i've tried the "try connecting now" button multiple times now luck. any suggestions on how to get rid of this. thanks

Latest Adobe patches still not available
Hi everyone Adobe released various updates for e.g. Acrobat Reader DC a few days ago. The security advisory (https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/acrobat/apsb18-30.html) was posted on the 1st of October. Two days later and the updates are still not available in Desktop Central. I am trying to enroll an iPhone 4S with iOS 8.1.2 with Desktop Central 9 MDM. When I try to install the MDM profile, I get this error: "Profile Installation Failed - Profile Failed to Install" I am currently using Desktop Central 9 Server Build 9.0.1.03 with Service Pack 1.

Forwarding Server install and what needs to be changed?
So currently we have DC server that has been working well, and works for what we need, but there are a dozen people who coming in and out of the local office. I am not sure what settings need to be changed on our current server for me to install the Forwarding server. Do I need to change the .local server to the full dc.domain.com (thats the name I plan on using for outside network) I do not have the .COM DC server inhouse so I cant make a .COM change on the inside, only for the outside network.

After we ran the vun updater and scanned our Windows 2003 Server we pushed out all patches, then ran the scanner again to ensure there were none missed. DS setup to manage a private scope?
Is it possible to set up a distribution server to manage a private network that cannot see the main desktop central server? I tried adding an additional scope to a remote site, but didn't have any luck communicating a host I manually installed the agent on. Thanks.
Configuration failing for workgroup computers
We have several test Windows 10 computers that are on a domain with ManageEngine installed. We are able to send patches to them, and send/execute files on them with configurations. We also have Windows 10 systems that are in a workgroup. I am able to push the ManageEngine client to them, and install a patch with ManageEngine. How does User Alerts calculate time to password expiration
We have a few users that are getting notified that their password is going to expire long before it is configured to alert them. I have the alert configured to start notifying 8 days before the expire date but a couple of users are getting the alert months before the expire date. How does it calculate the expiration date? Is there a way to fix this or do I need to just remove the alert?

Time Incorrect in Desktop Central
Thie time in the Desktop central deploymnet is showing incorrect even though the server time is correct. It's exactly 1 hour behind. I can't find anywhere in the settings to change the time. Specify the order of configurations during user logon.
I see this question has been asked a couple of times. But I did not seem to be able to find any answer. I would like to have certain configurations run first when a user logs on. Basically prioritize them before any other configuration is run. Is this possible ? Thanks
Dependancies not being installed.
Good Afternoon, We have tried to install Windows KB4457144 (2018-9 Security Rollup for server 2008 R2) - ManageEngine patch ID: 25311 This patch has a dependency: KB3177467. If not installed installation can fail on 2008 R2 servers. This is not reflected in the patch database. Can that be corrected? This is a known issue in the patch release notes.

i updated from 10.0.283 to 10.0.297. After the update the web UI is incredibly slow. ive tried a couple service restarts, server restarts. Anyone else experience this ?

Latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC patches are installed but still shown as missing
Hi everyone I have deployed the latest Adobe patches (e.g. patch ID 308097). All patches are successfully installed and I manually started a patch scan on the PCs, however, the patch is still shown under "Missing Patches". In the remarks it says "The operation completed successfully". The patch is definitely installed and the patch scan is current, yet it appears under missing patches on every single PC in our environment. Is anyone else seeing this? Thank you. Regards Stefan

Unable to upgrade from Desktop Central V 10.0.233
I have been trying to update to the latest build. Every time I try I am unable to restart DC. The tray shows HTTP Port: 0 and HTTPS Port: 0 Service status is starting. I am unable to roll back using Update manager and end up replacing folder with copy of working version. I tried the windows update and that did not seem to resolve the issue. Does the agent log when the Desktop Central agent prompts that it is scanning for patches. I'm only asking as a customer is stating that it's prompting 50 times a day and I would like to disprove this statement?
File manager sort by modified time
I just noticed that if I use the file manager to see a computers files that if I want to sort by modified time it does not sort by year but by month. .Is this how it should work? If so could it be changed to date modfied so that it sorts correctly by date and time? Attached is a screenshot of how it is sorted by modified time.
