Unable to upgrade from 273 to any new version

Hi,

I'm unable to upgrade our 273 version to 310 (or 290). I had no issues with previous upgrades.

The database is located on a remote mssql server and the upgrademanager log file shows the following:

Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CriteriaColumnDetails'. The duplicate key value is (1).
