Report for any version of software

I want to run a software report to show all pc with specific software. I can use the current inventory report computers w/without software but one of the software I want to report on shows multiple versions. The software name is ICQ. I want to show what computers have this on it regardless of the version. But the problem is that right now if I want to do this I would have to select over 11 versions of the software wich the way the reporting is designed means I have to keep adding additional criteria and then go through the list one by one and select each one. If I use the pre-built report and search icq as the software it shows around 20 different versions of the software and if I use custom report it shows over 50 different instances of this software. As there is no way to select multiple versions in 1 search criteria. Adding each instance of this line by line is very time-consuming.

Can you give a query that would show all computers with ICQ installed no matter the version?
