Update

Microsoft has paused the rollout of Windows 10 version 1809 for all its users due to a Known Issue. So, updates related to Windows 10 version 1809 will be marked as "Not Supported" in Desktop Central until the issue is resolved. To learn more about the Microsoft Known Issue, refer here.
