I am having java errors on all reports when "All Accounts" is selected. If I select the same report for only just one account, every thing works great!!! I guess it is a bug of your security framework since upgrading to 10.5 Build 10509. The same python script of request sharing stopped accidentally working since upgrading. Prevent Task from Auto Assigning
Hi I have a request form that has about 50 tasks associated with it. The tasks are assigned to Groups or Individuals as soon as the request is created. How can I prevent this from happening? I believe the tasks need to be set to Marked instead of Assigned? If so how do I change them? I do not see this as an option.

Not receiving confirmation mail
Hi, One of our customers aren't receiving a confirmation mail anymore. In the logging I found this: [com.manageengine.servicedesk.mailutils.RequestMailUtil]|[INFO]|[92]: Notifications for this request will not be sent.
