Use Multiple Reply to Email Addresses for Different Customers

We have multiple customers, Customer A, Customer B and Customer C

Customers A & B both use incoming and outgoing email addresses ServiceDesk@msp.com

We want customer C to be able to use a different incoming and outgoing email address from Customers A & B

support@msp.com

We are able to setup a separate M365 account to receive emails for customer C, however we’ve been unable to get the system to allow us to use multiple reply addresses:

Has anyone else managed to achieve this setup? How was it configured.

We’ve tried following documentation and ManageEngine support advice to configure multiple Outgoing configurations without success.

Help will be gratefully received.
