Transfer Request from Old Server to New Server without affecting the Configuration

Customer wants to migrate the SDP MSP to New Server. This is the scenario:

Old Server :
  1. Has two Accounts
  2. Messy Categorization and Template
  3. Created Full Backup from Schedule Backup
  4. Must be up and running during migration since other Accounts is still using

New Server:
  1. Restore the Backup from the Old Server
  2. Add another Account
  3. Cleanup Categorization and Templates
  4. Transfer created Request during migration of Old Server to New Server.
