hi there

i am trying to upgrade service desk plus msp with MSSQL database from build 10522 to 13000 (migration sequence is 10522 to 10538 then 10538 to 10600 then 10600 to 10611 then 10611 to 13000) but i get stuck in step 10538 to 10600 this patch have 5 sub patch and i get stock in sub patch 4 (build 11100 to 11200) so i can not upgrade to 11200 i get error 'Child Column "Arc_WorkOrder_Notes.USERID" defined in the foreign-key "Arc_WorkOrder_Notes_FK2" doesn''t exists.' when i start updatemanager.bat column USERID exists in Arc_WorkOrder_Notes table and "Arc_WorkOrder_Notes_FK2" exist in ConstraintDefinition table but while upgrading in 57% progress apply db changes step upgrade tools deleted constraint and USERID column then complain it is not exist!  how can i resolve it? any help?

i can not find service desk plus msp 11100 exe to download and install it and restore back up on this build and continue on it may problem resolved

i can not find any solution to skip check constraint or delete constraint before upgrade

updatemanager constraint check make me crazy

i can upgrade fresh install of 10522 to build 13000 but i can not upgrade my existing instance from 10522 to 13000
