Our Service Desk MSP is running on an older version of MS SQL which is now out of support. I have a few questions:

1) If I upgrade the SQL Server what is the risk for the Service Desk? Is this supported?

2) If not and I need to install a new SQL server how do I migrate from the old version to the new one?
