We are running some tests to validate the Endpoint Central MSP and Service Desk Plus MSP solution.

Endpoint Central MSP is in the TRIAL period, that is, with the full version temporarily.

Service Desk Plus MSP has a free version for up to 5 users.

However, the integration between Endpoint Central MSP and Service Desk MSP is not working.

When I try to integrate with Service Desk, I get the error:

Error while fetching software

Unable to fetch software. UEM Product server version could be incompatible.

Endpoint Central version: 11.3.2416.26
