I have configured SAML Single Sign-On with Entra ID (Azure A/D) as the Identity Provider according to the documentation provided by ManageEngine Support.  

However, my ServiceDesk Plus MSP login page does not give the option to sign-in with SAML.

Is there something I'm missing?
