We're facing challenges syncing Azure Entra users to our ManageEngine SDP Professional MSP On-Prem environment after enabling SAML. This is preventing users from logging tickets and accessing technician roles.

Specific Issues:

  • Incomplete User Onboarding: Not all Azure Entra users are being synced to SDP.
  • Role Assignment Limitations: Unable to assign technician roles to users due to their absence in SDP.
