Chat Not Working
Hi just upgraded to 9303. I turned on the chat feature. I am able to initiate a chat as a requester but when logged in as a tech I do not get an alert that a chat is waiting. I do see my chats listed in the Missed chat section. Also there are 4 missed chats from my test account and yet the menu shows only 1 missed chat - IE it shows Missed (1). Shouldn't it say Missed (4)?
OAUTH Support for Office 365 Email
Does anybody have a working solution for email for SDP+MSP, when all you have is a brand-new Office 365/Azure tenant without access to the Exchange Legacy API (new tenants do not get this).
After upgrade to 14.2 the back button no longer takes us back to current account

Cannot remove CC'ed users without sending a reply and manually editing out the CC line
There should be a way to edit the CCed users on a ticket, similar to editing the owner of a ticket, editing the technician, etc. Having to hit reply, manually edit the CC line and then hit reply is a tedious and seemingly pointless task since the functionality to edit the ticket in many ways is already present.
Worklog time reporting
When you record a worklog time for a task specifically, even though there are hours put against it, it does not count towards billing. You have to put the worklog against the request itself, and not a specific task.
SDP Notifications Ignore Font Setting
Hi, I have all my notifications set using the Verdana font from the notification web editor. Format type is set to HTML. However, any content variable (ie. $Description, $Title, etc.) reverts to a Times New Roman font. The rest of the notification will pickup and use the verdana font correctly. It makes for an odd-looking notification. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Or why the font is not being applied correctly?

Contract Billing
Hello We ran contract billing for some of our clients for testing Unfortunatelly we prepared contracts with some mistakes in dates. (For instance, 2 contracts start in the same month - take a look on the enclosed screens) Right now we get mail day by day - " Bill cannot be generated between two contracts" Is it possible to turn off/delete contract billing for all acounts completely??? There's no possibility to remove wrong defined contract or service plan (or even edit it) and this is very painfull!
Waiting over 24 hours for moderator approval...?!
My post "Report on open requests by age" has been awaiting moderator approval for over 24 hours. What gives? This is not a difficult, complex, or otherwise controversial posting that shouldn't require more than 15 seconds to determine that the post is legitimate and not in need of censorship. Requester - Portal Access

Creation of Accounts does not logically name Sites
G'day, When an account is created, it automatically creates a site called "Common Site". While this may be fine if only one or two sites are created at a time, when multiple sites are being created you end up with numerous sites called "Common Site" and therefore you have to go into each one and change the name to reflect the Account to make it slightly easier to create requests. Rather than creating "Common Site", it should have some reference to the parent Account, eg "Account Site". Rgds Ben
Application Layer hanging
I have reads the posts, to no avail. I have tried to re-install on 3 different clean 20123 servers. Each time, when I get to startsdp.bat, it hangs on the application layer. The logs seem to indicate request scheme is http an then stop at around 89 percent in that section. I am using stock settings, and the run.bat says I should be able to connect but I cannot. Any ideas? Using 8211 SDP MSP Pro build.

Hello,I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to send an email notification to our Team leads when a ticket is assigned to a Technician. I checked the notification rules and found some thing that may work the option "Send notification to group technician(s) when a request in this group is updated." However, I do need some clarification as to what constitutes as "Updated" would this be every little thing done to the ticket or just major points like assignment of the request or closing of the ticket.

Hello, I've reproduced this bug at the MSP demo website http://itildemo.servicedeskplusmsp.com/ Make a random screenshot with the 'Print screen' button. If you go to request catalog / new inicident, you can paste the screenshot in de description. However, if you clear the description (CTRL-A + DELETE) and click Resolution below to open it, if you want to paste the screenshot in the description again it appears in the Resolution. Billing and Contracts
We are not currently using the billing/contracts area of MSP. How can I find out information on how to best use these areas? One requirement that we have is that we will bill (in excess of a monthly quota) only for Service Requests as defined in the Request Type field. I do not want to have to use a billable/non-billable field. That just leaves room for error. All Service Request activities are to be considered billable.

Multiple sites departments with equal name
I tried to add 2 sites to an account and used default settings for departments. After creation I have 2 departments named "General" which are belong to different sites. Now I try to edit the first department with no changes and just click Save button with success. Then I try to edit the second department the same way but after I click Save button I got an error which says that the department with this name already exists. What's wrong with this? Change requester with SQL script

Asset deletes after associating a request to a new change
Just upgraded to 9.3 Build 9307. When we associate a request to a change (new) the asset is pulled in from the request. However, after we save the change, the asset disappears. Please advice how to fix this Thanks, Tammy

Build 9415. No longer possible to change site on request
Under edit it has been possible to change site but that has changed after installation of 9415. We get mails that we forward in to servicedesk, and the change site and requester, but that is not longer possible, or is there some config that we need to do? Regards Hans Orbert Anzena
