Greetings for the day. We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 15.1 - Build - 15110.
We have made some major Enhancements and Behavior changes related to Assets and CMBD and many more
SDPMSP-24371 : Two factor authentication support for Account delete and Account archive operations.
SDPMSP-24785 : Support of worklog details page for MSP.
SDPMSP-24867 : You can now create a timesheet for the ongoing time period.
SDPMSP-24900 : CMDB Module Enhancements.
SDPMSP-24980 : Change Approval Summary Enhancements.
SDPMSP-24960 : Zia Bot Enhancements and many more
Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :
- Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Unpublished V3 API support is not available
Support will be provided only for the ServiceDesk Plus MSP builds (released within one year from the current date). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version to continue receiving support.
Regularly updating your software is a good practice, and we advise doing so at least twice a year to take advantage of the latest features and enhancements that can significantly benefit your business.
