E-mail Id(s) to Notify on Service Requests
We are wanting to use the Email Id(s) to Notify field in the Service Catalog to automatically send an email to a specific individual when a specific service request is created. When I drag and drop this field on the form, there are no options for it. Can I set a value for this field--like an email address or select a specific Requester? Essentially, when we create this service request, we want another requester to immediately get a notification about it. We're using SDP 9417. Thanks!
Move asset to expire state
Is there a way to automatically move assets to a retired state if they haven't communicated with the server in a certain amount of time? We would like to have assets set to state of expired if they can't communicate past 90 days.
Stability and Reliability
Anyone else have issues with PMP? Some of my issues include: - Some of our main password reset jobs we no longer get reports. - Scheduled password reset job only runs for some resources. - Mini dump files filling up the drive from all the crashes - Schedule task resets are unreliably. If discovery fails only the AD side gets reset and report will show everything is okay. I've been working with support for 3 months on some of these issues with no end in sight. Port polling
I have a site that has a Public IP with 4 devices internal that I am Polling on specified ports. When a device goes down and come back up it doesn't clear the alarm. What can I do to fix this issue. I am checking when it sends the alarm but the device is not really off I can still connect to it. Please if someone can help with this issue.

Hi Team, i use the PMP Pro Build 9200 and the Extension for Firefox Build 1103. Since some days (Update from the Extension?!) i have the strange problem, that the Autofill works only on external websites. For all my internal resources, i dont see the buttons from the addon in the Username and Password fields. View asset history issue
Hi SD version 9.4 build 9414 When I try view asset history tab I get error. UPD. This is strange, but asset history tab show without error for assets with Disposed state.... UPD 2. With disabled "Pass-through authentication" option I get error as screenshot "Capture-2.jpg". Short version: Is there any way to only send the email acknowledgement to a requester when the incident has been created due to them sending us an email? Guys, Can anyone think of a way to turn off notifications when someone has logged their request via the Self Service Portal, yet keep them if logged by email or by phone? De-Provisioning Accounts using tasks
This may be a feature request, but I wanted to see if I just missed if this was possible and I just missed it: In our de-provisioning process, we have a requirement to sign off on each different system where we terminate access. We thought the best way to ensure we are getting each system account shut down and have a record of it is to make a task for each. This results in about 20 tasks. VPN to update cached credentials
Hi, I have reset a password via the GINA tool on the lock screen of a Windows 10 computer that is off the network. The password has reset in A/D however the VPN connection to update the local cached credentials doesn't appear to be working. I notice that I have an extra icon in my lock screen and when I click on it I have a "ADSSPNativeVPN" login and password box appear. Do I manually need to log into the VPN to have the locally cached credentials updated? Would be good if there was a proper user

Change Management - Adding an option to the Planning stage?
Hello! I am working on tweaking our Change Management workflow, and I need to add a specific field to the planning stage for a specific form that needs to be done for each RFC at our company. Currently, the options in the Planning stage are Impact, Roll Out Plan, Backout Plan, Check List, and Downtime. Ajax load problem with Firefox
Since upgrade to build 9700 we have a problem after an new login to the password managment, the ajax request gets stuck and the page does not load. We don't have the problem with Chrome! View passwords on some resources but have hidden passwords on other resources
Hi, I have two resources. Resource1 is an Active Directory server with an account managed in PMP. Resource2 is a Windows member server and PMP is managing the local Administrator account. I have a test user that is a member of the following two groups: Group1-View - This group has view access to the account in Resource1. Group2-RDP - This group has view access to the local Administrator account in Resource2. Also under User Group Privileges, Allow plain text view of passwords... has been UNCHECKED
