Hello, we're using OpManager 11600 and I have had this issue for some time now. I was hoping that a migration to a new server would resolve the issue, but it has not.
Pre-text:
We have opmanager configured to show when printer supplies drop below certain thresholds. This generally works well and lets us know if we need to order any supplies generally before a user contacts us about the printer.
Issue:
While creating these device templates we ran through a bit of trial and error, resulting in creating, and removing several templates. The alarms that were created by these templates seem to live on, even though we have removed the templates themselves. So we still get some alarms randomly, and have no control over stopping or preventing them. These alarms seem to have incorrect variables associated with them that don't make sense. See below:
This alarm was triggered when I replaced a toner cartridge yesterday, returning the value to 100% full, but the alarm thresholds in this event appear to be incorrect. When I attempt to edit the thresholds of this alarm - absolutely nothing happens, where I would normally expect a small window to appear.
The alarm has an ID in the URL of 11846
In searching through some logs I found some information that is generated from similar alarms but I wasn't able to get much further than that on my own.
