OP Manager Migratation 64 to 32 bit
Hi All ^_^ We are new to this product Manage Engine. Here are the tasks or scenario. Our client is also new to ME OPManager. They have an existing OP Manager which is 64 bit, they already have a configuration or they already added some devices like VM, router and switches but they also want to add their firewall (smart-one checkpoint) but as per our client they are unable to add this firewall device to OP manager because of compatibility issue, need 32bit version to add firewall. What I'm trying to achieve is to search requests by keyword (on the subject line for example). Hi, I am aware that I can get elements of the schema from within the Reports Module, but sometimes this is not enough to answer my questions. Is it possible to obtain the full schema, including the tables that are not visible through the Reports Module? It would be extremely useful when building Query Reports, as one example. Dashboard Widgets - Cannot 'click through'
Guys, Since upgrading to 9409 we are finding that, on the dashboard widgets for Requests Received in last 20 Days and Requests Closed in last 20 Days, we cannot click through to the SLA Violated Requests. The click through to the list works for the non-violated, bit not for the violated, which are really the ones we are most likely to want to look at. How to change request to resolved via API?
We can edit request and change status via API to any status except "Resolved"
Regarding issue with resolve notification send to requester
The requester has to delete his / her browsing history every time to close any resolved ticket. When the requester clicked on the link to close the ticket he got the message “You are not authorized to view this page. (Requesters are allowed to closed their own resolved requests) He deleted his internet browsing history and then clicked on the same link.He was able to close the ticket after that. Tried using different browsers, same issue on all the browsers.

Netflow export Cisco ASR9K to Netflow Analyzer
I've configured netflow on our Cisco ASR9001 to export flows to Netflow Analyzer. However i'm not seeing: 1. any IN traffic in Netflow Analyzer. Only seeing OUT traffic 2. The OUT traffic shown in Netflow Analyzer is just a fraction of the actual traffic on the interface I've kept the sampling rate on the Netflow Analyzer interfaces to the default of 1. Is there some specfic configuration rquired on the ASR9K's to work with Netflow Analyzer and also what is the recommeded sampling rate ?
Script blocked by the browser on the login page
We are experiencing the following issue: When users are logging in, the browser does not load the required script and just hangs there. If the user refreshes the page (F5), they are already logged in and can continue. This has been tested with multiple browsers - screenshots from Chrome and Edge are attached. large files mdmp extention
Hello, After a support session from one of the ManageEngine employees we've got a large ADManageEngine folder filled with .MDMP files. The folder is about 10GB in size, "8,16GB" files in the \bin\ folder, all files with the following names: hs_err_pid276.mdmp - 246mb hs_err_pid868.mdmp - 260mb hs_err_pid1572.mdmp - 258mb hs_err_pid1708.mdmp - 255mb hs_err_pid3032.mdmp - 252mb What can i do with the files? Can i delete them all?
ADSelfService enrolled and non-enrolled database table column names
Does anyone know the table column name that stores enrolled and non-enrolled users? I are looking to add non-enroll users to an Active Directory group and since ADSelfService doesn't remove users from AD groups, I am working on a script to remove users from the AD group once they are enrolled.
Pre-Configure IOS App
Hi all We use VMWare AirWatch for our MDM and when i deploy the android app, i can preconfigure the webaddress, port and protocol as part of the deployment, but i cannot seem to be able to see this in the IOS version. Does anyone know if it is possible and if so how to do it? Thanks.
Invalid Email-ID
Hi. Trying to run through the Mobile App Deployment wizard and at the second stage "Getting CSR Signed from ManageEngine" I'm asked to enter a From Mail-ID. I enter a valid address but I get an error saying "Invalid Email_ID" Any ideas?
DNS refresh?
Is there a way to refresh/flush the DNS when trying to install the GINA? There are a lot of computers that have incorrect and old DNS/IP details so the server cannot find them.

Being able to change the lease notification template.
Hi, Could it be possible to change the Leased asset notification template? We would like for the text to be a bit more user-friendly; and if possible to not send it to the asset owner on a daily basis.. for us it would suffice to remind them every Tuesday and Friday or alike.

What's the best way return more that 30000 rows when extracting bulk data month from SDP in a scheduled monthly report please?
Schedule reports with filters?
Is it possible to schedule a report with a filter applied? For example, my goal is to schedule a report on unlicensed mailboxes. I want check "Don't send empty reports" and only receive the report when there is a "real" user with an unlicensed mailbox. This would work if I could apply a filter to remove the Discovery Search Mailbox for the schedule report. Thanks, Michael

Create a request from a Report
I want to create a request from a scheduled report. Background: The report extract a certain range of calls which need some additional action/verifying. I want to assign this report to a certain group for action. I though of emailing it back to the system but it might not be the best option. Any Idea's/Scripts ? Regards

Hi. When someone sends an email to multiple recipients, including our service desk account, there doesn't seem to be any way inside service desk plus to see who the email was also sent to?

Update requesters E-Mail with API

Upgrade to 9440 - SQL Server issue
I upgraded from v9.3 build 9335 to 9440 and it looked as if everything went well. I did backup the DB and everything and this is in our test environment. Unfortunately, after it finished installing everything I started the service and it would not start. Then I went and checked the tasks and found that there is lot of Postgres processes running. I had pointed the DB to SQL in my previous install and now it ilooks like there is Postgres running. Why would Postrgress processes run when I have the DB
