Hi I am looking for a report that I can report on who resolved or closed a request. I have got a report but I also want to select the date rang for the report. The report that I have only show the resolved request that are created in a date range. So basically I am after who resolved what this week or last week or specific date rang. Storage cannot be discovered
Hi， I am adding netapp to OPM but seem there are some issue which cannot allow me to add the device correctly. You can find the attached screen shoot for your reference. Unable to upgrade from 273 to any new version
Hi, I'm unable to upgrade our 273 version to 310 (or 290). I had no issues with previous upgrades. Self Service Portal session expires while resetting the password
Hello everyone, Greetings!!! While resetting the password the portal session expires if the password is not matching the complexity. I have already enabled this option "Allow users to retry reset without going through ID verification again". But still it fails and shows the attached error, users have to relogin for trying again. Hi, we've got some older Windows 2K3 servers which were recently added to Desktop Central. When looking through the list of missing patches for these servers I noticed that Firefox ESR 60 is suggested which is wrong because Mozilla stopped supporting older windows releases recently and the last installable Firefox ESR version for theses system ist Firefox ESR 52. So please update your patch db ASAP to fix this issue.

Cannot import SSL certificate using he UI

SQL query to update all users as approvers
I need a SQL query to update the field "Service Request Approver" = Yes, for all technicians and requesters. This is the only way to make sure all my managers in the company can be selected in the "Select Approvers" field.
Report including deleted requests
When I use the report module, does it exclude all deleted requests by default or are they included. Many times a request has several associated assets and when making a query in the system only shows me the first asset that is associated with the request but not the others.

SDP - Non-admin techs unable to access Tree View in asset relationships
Most of the Technicians in our organisation have had admin access removed in SDP, since then they have been unable to access the Tree View and Cluster View in the Asset relationships tab. Our Technical Services team require this view for Server relationships to assist with patching and emergency restarts etc. Is there a way to enable this feature without enabling Admin access?
Is it possible to use two desktop central servers with the same agent?
I currently have a 50 device licensed ME DC server on-prem. But I would like to have backup DC server on a remote server so I can still connect to some important clients when the on-prem server containing ME DC is down. ME DC provides a free license up to a certain number of clients and that would be a solution for my situation. But will it also use the same agents on the devices or install a new one on each one I add to to the backup ME DC server too? Is it possible to make this work?
ICMP Monitoring - Devices not responding to ICMP (widget)
I have a question regarding the ICMP widget available in the dashboard. "Devices not responding to ICMP" I've tested a few nodes and they come up promptly in the "Device Down" widget but never in the "Devices not responding to ICMP". Shouldn't that be the first to show a result after a monitored IP goes down? I've made the appropriate changes for the "Echo" services to be monitored accordingly with standard alerts but that made no change with the widget. Any help is appreciated!

ServiceDesk using a lot of memory
The ServiceDesk app on our server is using a lot of memory. We only have 39 technicians who currently log into the system, but not at same time. 9.4 build 9414 MSSQL What can we do so memory usage is lowered? RAM is as the recommended size 4GB. It's running on a VM.

Hi there, I woluld like to ask if it is possible to use SQL Server Express Edition for OPManager(v.11.4) Repository? And what permissions do I need to grant to WMI Credentials user to monitor WMI performance counters for a group of servers. Do I have to include that WMI credentials user to specific group(like backup operators or something) on each server?
