Mail Reporting to folder's owner
Hello, I have installed ADAudit Plus to a customer. I have monitored all the share in a FileServer correctly. Is it possible to send a Report via mail every week for all the file deleted to the folder's owner? Every Domain Users have the email AD field compiled correctly. Regards Alessandro

Chat not working 10.0 Build 10001
Hello, I cannot seem to get chat working for my account. I was the administrator who setup service desk. Other "technicians" can create new chats with me which I can see come in but I cannot respond. The text field to type in is "grayed" out and I have a red circle and line when I hover over. I also cannot see the missed chat's in the chat settings however it show number of chats that were missed on the icon. I've tried messing with the NIO port number and looking at other settings. Change Workorder ID in an active system
I have been resetting the ticket number to the following format year and sequential. Example is 20191900. I am currently at Version : 9.4 Build 9423 on SQL Server 2014, I have used an SQL script for the past 3 years to change the first 4 digits of the ID to set the new year. I am working on moving ADSelfService to a new server and also a new database. Currently, I am running on a mysql database locally on same server as ADSelfService application. I'd like to run changeDB.bat to migrate the mysql database to my Microsoft SQL cluster. Then, after performing a successful migration, I'd like to build a new ADSelfService server and simply attach to that database up in the SQL cluster. Is this possible? OnDemand afternoon (CDT) slow downs
I've noticed for quite sometime now, that SDP OnDemand will slow down quite a bit in the afternoons. I come in around 6:30 AM CDT and everything is clicking and flying - no issues. Then around 12 (noon) CDT I start to notice SDP slowing down. I have to be patient when clicking on drop downs - 10-15 second delays Sometimes you have to wait for tickets to be created when selecting Add. User creation template creation rules no longer work
We use creation rules to fill out a bunch of areas (phone number and address) when creating a new user. I'm not sure after which upgrade this happened but it no longer works while it worked ok before. Nothing happens when the rule should be triggered (when the Office field has certain content). SCP Migration from Windows to Linux
HI All, Just wondering if anyone has successfully managed to migrate from Windows to Linux? I'm toying with the idea but i'm not really sure if you can just restore from a SCP backup to the new Linux installation and if there are any additonal steps that are need. Account Discovery Failures
Hi all, I have a few resources (all Windows 2008 R2 servers, I think) where account discovery fails. It fails immediately and PMP isn't giving me a reason. In the Resource Audit log, it says "Account Discovery Failed" with reason "Reason : " and in the Task Audit Log, it says "Success" for Bulk Account Discovery. I'm able to log into the server with the PMP service account, and have no problem enumerating accounts locally. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks, - Steve
