Hi I have a question regarding the software metering in DesktopCentral.

I saw that there is a possibility to do software metering - but it doesn't work as I expected it to do.

The first thing is I have create two different rules to test the metering - the first is for Firefox the second one is for Adobe Acrobat DC Reader - both are not showing any results in the Metering Report.

My question is why is there no possibility to measure all software usage frequency without configuring any non working rules? Is there really no option to just measure all usages? That would really be very helpful for us.
