[SOLVED] Worklogs and resolving tickets now a PITA

Hi,

Prior to upgrade, technicians could:

1. Enter resolution
2. Choose resolve.
3. Add worklog,
ticket resolved

Post-upgrade:
1. Cannot enter resolution as first step.
2. Cannot choose resolve as second step.

A worklog has to be created first before resolution and resolved can be entered.

While not a "show-stopper". certainly a pain in the .....
