Hi We are having an issue with Times in Requests after the Clocks went forward at the weekend. We are currently working on GMT London* time zone. When requests are being set the time is then being pushed forward by an hour. Create report to track CURRENT OPEN REQUESTS for each day?
I am totally lost on how to use the Report tool in Servicedesk Plus in a good way. I would like a graph (or table so I can export to Excel and make a graph) of how many requests we have Open at the morning of each day. I'd like the graph to show for each technician who has anything assigned to them, and also unassigned, and also the total amount. Has anyone worked on automating escalation of ageing tickets to the support group leader's account in Microsoft Teams or Slack? We are trying to set up the integration between Workday and ADManager however we are unable to get ADManager to successfully test the connection. Has anyone been able to get this to work and if so were there any special permissions you need from either the ADM or Workday side to get this to work? Solution Permissions by Technician Group
Is there a way to limit certain solution entries to only certain technician groups (much like the way we can limit it to certain user groups)? We have some solutions that we do not want to share with certain technician groups as they contain sensitive information they should not have access to as part of their job scope. Can we add more variables to the Pending Approval reminder notification. Currently we are only able to add 'MyPendingApproval' to the email body. How do I rearrange list order of IT Assets?
So my list of IT Assets under the tab Assets is in no good order at all. It starts fine with something on A and ends with something on Z. But inbetween there is no real order. Multiple applications running on one server
We have AD Manager, AD Audit, and Data Security running on the same server. We are experiencing issues with AD Audit and Data Security crashing, where you get logged out in the middle of use or get the page is not found. The server is running with 8 cores and 32 GB ram. Is it better to separate these applications to their own servers?
Customize Device Snapshot Custom Dials
I understand it won't be a full customizable device dashboard (thought that would be awesome too), but at the very least allow proper scaling, selection and ordering for the metrics along with customizing the name of the widgets or changing it from a dial to a bar graph or table This screenshot is from a SQL server with many disks. user redirected to /j_security_check page
I have a user when they try to login to AD Manager Plus that gets redirected to the /j_security_check error page using IE or Chrome. All browser history and temporary files have been cleared. If you select more info in Chrome, there is a message stating that the connection was interrupted. Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET running version 6.1.7 Build 6171 Any ideas?

Group automated deployments
Currently, I am in the process of catching the machines up on updates. Since i've took over this position, it's been a very slow process. Due to a majority of our sites having very low bandwidth, we've opted to switch to manual pushes instead of automatic deployments. Mainly due to the fact that automated deployments grab all approved patches and push them all at once.
