Lost letter

Hello!

 

We have had an error on April 8th, 2019. A requester has sent an e-mail  to inbox used for create tickets in ServiceDesk.

The e-mail has been received by the inbox, but no ticket has been created in SD.

Could you please help us to solve the issue?
