I may be mistaken but at a recent SD+ workshop I am sure we were introduced to the ability to see tickets in a queue and individually highlight them different colours for easier administration but for the life of me I cannot find anything referencing that feature.

Any advise or tips on getting something similar implemented would be greatly appreciated.
