I am new to this application so I have been trying to use the forums alot and I have a quick suggestion for the employees that help in the forum.
I see that manageEngine employees are very active on this forum and I love that, but all I seem to fine in post is "P
lease send your contact details to
passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com
so that we can schedule a web meeting session and assist you."
Almost every time I think I have a post that is relates to a problem of mine, someone post this as a reply and I get nothing to help me. I would highly suggest a policy that the employee updates the post with what the issue was or work the issue more with OP so that it can help the whole community.
And yes I have put in a ticket for my problems, but I would rather use this community for most issues rather than wait on someone from manageEngine to schedule a webex with me.
