Lately we have been receiving requests related to piling-up of .MDMP files in the directory ../ManageEngine/ServiceDesk/bin.
We would like to inform you that these are dump files generated by operating system on the event of application crash. It contains data from the application's memory state at the time of crash.
We would not require these .MDMP files and can safely be moved to a different location.
Ensure ServiceDesk Plus gets started and everything works normal. You can then delete these dump files. We request you to check with your server admin on preventing these dump files generation.

with details specified below.
1. ServiceDesk Plus server properties like RAM size, OS, processor and so on.
2. Database type (MSSQL or PGSQL).
3. Copy of wrapper.conf file that can be located in the directory ../ManageEngine/ServiceDesk/conf
4. Is any Anti-virus software installed on the server?
5. Zip of log folder present in the directory ../ManageEngine/ServiceDesk. This needs to be taken immediately once the application crashes.
