API « GetDowntimeDetails » : Multiple trouble
Hello, I still have problem with REST API « GetDowntimeDetails ». 4 points : 1/ Inconsistent result : See attach "bug2_MTTRReport_2019-04-02.pdf", "bug2_last30Days.png" and "bug2_lastMonth.png". - In MMTR Reports, we see the downtime on the 13th - In GetDowntimeDetails URL with period 2 (last 30days), we see the downtime on the 12th - In GetDowntimeDetails URL with period 11 (last month), we do not see the downtime at all 2/ 1st ans 2nd March of the month is missing when i use "period=11" (last
Downtime Scheduler Help
Here is the scenario we do monthly patching on a number of servers. Great ill setup a downtime schedule for these servers so we don't get needless alerts. Say the maintenance is scheduled for 2 hours and i setup a 2 hours downtime schedule. But since i'm such an efficient admin i actually finish in 1 hour and now i want to check my servers health and start monitoring again. There appears to be no way to Cancel the downtime once scheduled. If i try to disable the downtime i get the message "Unable

Cannot import over 100 contacts at one time (ADM+ is licensed)
I'm trying to update the attributes of contacts by importing a csv file. The file imports just fine, but it won't update more than 100 at a time. We're licensed, and it won't expire until June 5, 2019. I've got thousands of contacts to update and I need the ability to do this in bulk. Thanks!
Actionable Messages and 365 Calendar not Working
Have a cloud instance of SDP and trying to test out Actionable Messages and 365 Calendar sync. I was initially trying just using the "Log in with Office 365" button on the sign in page, but then noticed in the help text that it only works if you are logging in with "Microsoft Single Sign on". I couldn't find any help articles specifying "Microsoft Single Sign on" specifically, so went ahead and just tried by implementing Office365/Azure SSO. I'm able to log in no problem, but still unable to get

Dear, Can anybody help me in customizing the interface. I would like to monitor only few templates like Ex: I want to monitor ten gig 1/2/3 from one switch and gig 0/1 from a firewall and few more from other devices and put them together into one separate dashboard. Is it possible?
Custom Groups not showing up in Announcements

Hp Warranty not working
As of last week I can no longer retrieve the warranty details of HP computers. When I try to scan one i get a message saying warranty details cannot be fetched because either the website is currently unavailable or the computer is not connected to the internet. kindly try after sometime. I know for a fact that the computer is connected to the internet. Is there an issue with the site used to get this data?
Secure Gateway Download Requires a Version of Desktop Central Not available
Not sure if I'm missing something but we've had a problem with not being able to patch Roaming computers (over the internet) ever since we moved to the Forward Server, which I now believe is called Secure Gateway. After trying to spend some time troubleshooting the issue I decided to download the latest version of Security Gateway and reinstall it on the server dedicated to it in our DMZ. The latest version to download says it requires Desktop Central Version 10.0.391 and above (https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/forwarding-server-download.html)
SLA for Service Catalog Request
Hi when our system was setup a few years back by a consultant he configured it so that we must create and assign a separate SLA for every customer site on every form. This is an administrative nightmare. I am working on updating all our SLA and am looking to simplify them. Pretty sure I need to change something in the Site setting but not sure what to change and what the impact will be. I attached one of our site settings screenshot below. Thanks

Is there a workflow on ADManager Plus when an AD account gets disabled, G Suite gmail email will be removed from a Gmail distribution group as well and not just disabled the G Suite account?

New user request form and workflow
I'm just wondering if there is a standard/supported/best practice way of creating a New User Request electronic form and accompanying workflow, to automate AD user account creation entirely within SD+. In essence, I'd like for certain Requesters (Managers, Department Heads etc) to have access to a New User Request form within SD+ that contain the standard fields necessary to create a new user. Ideally, this would then be submitted as a ticket and assigned to a technician who would skim over it quickly

[SDF-41306] No Reply From User in ticket notification
We often have several requestors cc'd on tickets. When the technician receives a notification from the SDP the notification only lists the official requestor on the ticket and NOT the person that actually replied. I've looked through the variables available in the notification template and don't see an option for adding the user that replied to the template. Example: User A creates request w/User B cc'd Technician replies to request with User A as the To and User B in the CC User B replies to technician
Time Elapsed does not work!
In one instance, the ticket has been unassigned for 3 minutes, yet it shows as 0 min. In another sample, we had a ticket created one day at 9:04 AM, and was still unassigned till the next day 12:15 PM, the time shows as 9Hrs, yet we expect to see 12 hours and 11 minutes, our working hours are set from 8:00AM-5:00PM. Please advise!
Forms: Smart workflows / rules
I'm working on a form that contains many field/form condition rules. If field is 'Yes' show this field, mandate this field, etc... Is it possible to have an action from separate rules action another rule? For example: - Rule 1A: Show field ABC if answer is YES in field X - Rule 2A: If field XYZ is YES, then set field X to YES I want Rule 1A to run automatically if Rule 2A completes (changing field X to YES shows field ABC). Mail Fetching Stopped Notification
Several times my mail fetching has stopped for no reason. Since that is the primary method for customers to submit tickets it is a real problem. When we don't identify that mail fetching has stopped customers wait to get responses to issues. Makes my company look bad but it isn't our fault. Setting up Distribution Server supposed to bypass replication policy?
We've been having bandwidth issues with some offices. So it was decided that we were moving all of our replication policies to an overnight set of hours (midnight to 5am) and lowering the bandwidth. I had to set up another DS this afternoon, and i noticed it's been replicating since. This is out side of the replication policy by a lot. Desktop Cental - Duplicated Computers
We've got computers in Desktop Central that are duplicated. When we've re-imaged the machine we've changed the computer name, which I guess is what's led to the duplication. Is there anyway to identify all of the duplicated service tag codes and then remove the ones that haven't recently connected. Also, on the subject is there any way to prevent the duplications, or is it just a manual task of removing them.

Opmanager hardware event alerts
Good afternoon, we are using opmanager 12.3. Currently with hardware monitoring we are frequently receiving an event of Hardware Sensor Name : Fan 1.1. Category : fan. Current State : shutdown(4) - The sensor is in non-recoverable state. Is there a way to reduce the severity of the alarm, and is there a way to stop alarms for this fault while continuing to monitor other hardware faults for the device? Thanks for your time
Superseded patches still listed as missing after Desktop Central upgrade
We recently upgraded to version 10.0.347. Mainly due to a lot of bugs. However, we're still seeing updates that were superseded months ago listed in our missing patches list. Right now it's down to one last patch, 106372 MSWU-3134 2019-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4481031) This was superseded in Feb by MS19-FEB8. Granted it's only missing on 1 machine, but since it's been superseded for so long, it still counts against

Hi, I have seen the possibility to merge requestors in SDP, but my scenario is as follows: We are underway to change AD-domain. All our users will be able to be mergered once the new domain is synced to SDP. However, we want all the history of each requestor to be merged as well. Will the history of each requester follow the merge or will it be lost?

At the moment, desktop central refers to users via the windows/active directory user name (e.g. "jsmith") - this is shown in places like the "logged on users" column and in the "logged on user" field for patch info, etc. In our environment usernames are sequentially generated based on starting department (e.g. "tech0183") so it's not obvious who a user account refers to.
