Update 10.5 - ERRORCODE:1009:KeyStore password in server.xml should be Encrypted form

Trying to update to 10.5 and get the following error during pre-check.
 ERRORCODE:1009:KeyStore password in server.xml should be Encrypted form

Currently running 10.0 Build 10012.
I'm using SSL with a pfx file.
