Need help with custom report
I can easily track a resolution SLA from my MSP ticket data using Analytics. I am trying to create a report on another custom SLA that MSP can not create, We have a ticket status called Proposed Resolution. This status does not resolve the ticket. Some customers have a resolution SLA till this status in a ticket. I am using the Status History table to create a report that looks So the only request status I am interested in are Open and In Progress. Once a ticket status becomes Proposed Resolution
Find resources shared with users
Hi there, I have completed a migration of PMP on site instance to PMP in AWS. It looks like there are a number of users who were given access to resources individually rather than via groups. I can easily locate who access to resources if shared to a user group but is there a way to do the same if the resource is shared with a user? I have been going through the various tables in the database to find what I need but there is nothing there. Thank you. Gareth

I have file servers that I was hoping to migrate from AD audit plus file auditing to Data Security Plus. With AD Audit Plus, we currently use a report for "files copy-N-pasted." However, I can't seem to find this report or action type in Data Security Plus. Is there any way to get this?

Hi I'm currently working for a client and been asked to generate some reports in the absence of the usual SDM. New to ServiceDesk so forgive me for any obvious questions. The client is using ServiceDesk plus v9.2 build 9203 I'm trying to generate the following reports: Number of new tickets for the current week. Number of closed tikets for the current week. Need to be able to delete Business Views in Bulk
Opmanager Version: 12.4.054 MQ SQL Dbase backend We currently have 200 business views and we now have to go into each one, do the Copy As, then go back to the Business View List, find the old one, delete it, then go back to the Business View List and find the Copy As one, then rename it and save it. Then rinse and repeat. That is awhole lot of clicking, scrolling and clicking and scrolling. Is there a way to bulk delete Business Views to speed up this process? TIA, Larry

Groups view not working after upgrade to 9.7
The groups view does not work anymore when I'm connected through ad auhtentication and being a SuperAdministrator. The url https://XXX:7272/SuperGroupView.ec?USERNAME=DOMAIN\user&LOGINID=1502 returns a 400 bad request code. If I try the same url by removing the domain it works: https://XXX:7272/SuperGroupView.ec?USERNAME=user&LOGINID=1502 It only fails when having the SuperAdministrator right.

I have a OWA policy created that I would like to apply to users in certain OUs. On the exchange tab under policy's I don't OWA Policy's as an option and it's not listed in any of the drop downs. IS it possible to apply this OWA policy via ADManager some way?

Getting disk size usage of a device
Hi, Is it possible to see and monitor the Disk size usage of a device in OpManager? I mean the the total disk space, the used/free disk space and the equivalent percentage of them. Currently I can see there is an I/O disk usage for virtual devices (Kbps), but is that the only thing about disk we have? Also if there's such thing for disk size usage, is it accessible through getDeviceSummary API endpoint like Dials property, for disk I/O usage? Thanks

Hello, We currently have a mobile device with MDM installed and using PowerApps on Kiosk mode. Occasionally when PowerApps has an update released, it seems like the device is trying to update the app and in doing so, causes the app to hang and the only way around this is to disassociate the profile, update the app and re-associate it. Is there any better way of doing this - potentially not automatically trying to push the update out to the device causing it to hang, but potentially controlling these

I'm trying to get my scripts updated to API v3 in order to do the upgrade to the latest version of Service Desk. I am completely stuck and I do not understand why. I have quite a few API v1 scripts that work just fine. Yes, I understand there is a lot of difference, but I cannot make even the simplest of scripts work with v3. Dear Support we notice the email notification for device alram that we alreday set are not sending to user as expected. example 1: I got email attention notification when my device down but when the device back to normal no clear email notification has been sent. Importing Reporting_to field from AD
Hi We have managers defined on Active Directory. However, I see that I can not use the existing information for the new "Reporting_to" field. It would be great if auto imported. Otherwise, I may need to export the list from AD and then import it to SDP every week.

Hi, I haven't been able to find a way to create a notification alert (email) to send alerts for ONLY partition/disk space. Seems it always chooses CPU and memory utilisation under thresholds and then I have to go into each device and untick it manually. Is it possible to do this in bulk as we have 100's of devices. I have updated to the latest build for Desktop Central and Service Desk, and for the technicians, we enabled the option Enable to access Desktop and MDM Plugin Functionality. I've been through all the options I could find to create a report that contains remarks from a specific screen, however, I am unable to locate such. Is it possible to get a report based of certain criteria? If you go to Patch Mgmt > Dashboard > Deployments Failed Click on a computer that is missing patches or click the number of patches a particular computer is missing. My Windows 7 workstations have this as an available important update shown in Windows Update tool in Control Panel but Patch Manager Plus is not listing it as an update for these computers I even did a search for it in "Supported Patches" but it doesn't show up when I enter the KB number in "patch description" box.
