Created a service request.

This is a request to create a user account.

That is, application 1. but it can create multiple tasks.

Added the resources parameter to the template body in which you need to check the necessary resources, that is, for example, a new user needs access to the Internet, autocad, mail 1C. and so on.

To each check mark in the workflow, add a task.

Configured the rules that if this check box is selected, run this task, if another check box is selected, then run this task. If nothing is selected, do not run any task.

But there was a problem. If only 1 check mark is selected, this task is launched. but if you select 2 checkboxes, all start at once.

Conditionally, the user selected 2 out of 20 resources in the template. And all 20 tasks started, although only 2 were selected.

What is the problem?
