How to stop Auto Responder for specific TO Addresses
Hi
We get a whole lot of different email addresses forwarded to Service Desk, however we wish to prevent the Acknowledge requester by e-mail when a new request is received. notification not to fire for one of them.
Is this possible?
Currently the rules only work on From addresses, not TO addresses.
