We have moved into a newer version of Service Desk and our SERVLET API is no longer working.  I understand we need to move over to the new version of the REST API however, I'm new to JSON.  I'm able to make the example work from the help, but can't find a good example to work off. 

In the servlet version we had a web form to collect the request details.  I assume we can still do this.  Any insight is appreciated.
