Hello

I have following problem.

I have installed Desktop Central Agent on a machine. After installing agent from Desktop Central Server it is performing Inventory Scan and in Inventory section the Scan Status is Success.

When I am trying to scan system from Desktop Central Server it gives me following error 

"The network name cannot be found."

And although remote tools such as remote connection, processes, etc not working.

Briefly, communication from Client side working, but from Server side not.

Maybe someone can suggest what to do...
