i'm using cisco 2800 router , and my local time now is 11|:00 am - with KSA time- so can any one give me a correct command to put my router in order to set the right time Thank You guys

HI! Then i want to save mail server settings, SDP 8.0.0 build 8011 gives this errror: FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. Could not find valid certification path to requested target, so kindly configure to apply Trusted/Self Signed Certificate. How can I attach mail server sertificate to the SDP? In to the SDP server or SDP client ?
invalid URL for Approval Process
Hello we have sent our requests through the approval process many times. Every once in awhile ( lately with much more frequently) one of the emails sent to an approver will end up in his junk mail box When moved to the inbox and the URL is clicked on they get a message about an invalid key ( see attachment) We are currently using 8.0.0. Build 8008. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Karen

Network Asset Scan in 8.0SP5 Broken

We have a mixture of older Pentium 4 computers and newer. I setup an patch deployment for 18:00 and specify our power management software to wake the machines at 19:00. The theory is to start the patch downloading and then when the computer wakes up, install the patches. On some machines, this works great. The more I try to work with Business Units the more I regret ever turning the things on! THEY DON'T WORK. There are too many bugs, too many "you can't have duplicates" and I'm getting sick and tired of it. If ManageEngine don't spend a month fixing every problem with Business Units in the next two month we are ditching Support Center and using something else because we cannot function like this. APC UPS report
Hi. I'm monitoring 8 APC UPS and I created a Business View to agregate all of them. At the List View of this BV, I can only see CPU and Memory %, but I want to see the UPS load listed. If this view cannot be changed, is that any way to create a custom report to show all UPS load and charges at the same report? Thanks. Antonio.

Delayed Email Alerts
Hi, I am just evaluating OpManager and I have setup a few email alerts for various devices but I have realized that I only get the email exactly 1 hour after the alarm was raised. For example, at 1pm yesterday a server went offline while I was working on OpManager and I seen the alert but I only received the email notification at 2pm. When I send a test alert, or even if I send a report via email from OpManager to the same email address, I receive it within 10 seconds. I dont have any email monitoring

Hi all, I encountered some problems with SupportCenter Plus internal watch. Our server is a virtual server hosted by another company. The physical server were our virtual server crashed and afterwards the internal clock in supportcenter hos been messed up. Where does SupportCenter get its time from? How to make Home tab always show 25 hosts per page?
I can't find a way to save my Home tab view to show more than 10 hosts when i refresh the page. We have more than 10 hosts and this is annoying to have always press [25] after you refresh the page.

Unable to use PMP with Juniper Netscreen OS devices
We cannot get Password Manager Pro to work with any of our Juniper Netscreen OS firewalls. We put in all the correct info and set an admin account for password changes. We also tried Telnet and SSH. PMP always comes back and says the passwords are not in sync. We confirmed the credentials is PMP are correct by telneting in and using cut and paste with the PMP credentials. scripts on successful user creation - parameter problem
We perform several tasks in a custom script after user creation. creating folders, setting ntfs-rights, sending emails,... problem: when creating a single user, the 'accountExpires'-attribute is not handed over to the script. using the "bulk user creation" however solves that issue. all other attributes (we used) work fine in both creation processes (bulk and single). Cannot login after Upgrade to build 8810
Hi, I did an upgrade on OpManager from 8050 to 8810 successfully. However once the upgrade completed, I could not login to the webclient. I uninstalled my antivirus and tried restarting Opmanager server again with no luck. When i tried to logint o the stand alone client it gave me an error saying make sure the Opmanager server is running. However when i see it in services. msc in windows i see the service running fine. I later tried stopping and restarting opmanager from the console using ShutdownOpmanager.batvand
Automatic map creation in OpManager 8
Hello, How can I create map of the network being monitored by OpManager 8? I read in the help documentation that I can put a seed device and then it creates the network map according to the seed device. However, I do not see an option in OpManager 8 to specify the seed device. The only option I see is to create the maps manually using the Maps tab--> Add Infrastructure view, Add Business View. CPU Ready report values are different
Hello I am trying to perform some capacity planning, but when I run the reports for CPU usage, I get different values for the same time frame when my report range is inside vs outside the 7 day range. See attached screen shots for more information. Why is it, that on 8/7/2011 at 00:00:00 one average value is 2805ms and the other 241ms?
Approval Status is not updated
Hi, We have this issue wherein after a CAB member has approved a change request using the email link, the Approval Status of the change request stays at N/A. If we go to the Change request and down to Approvals it already shows as Recommended However if the CAB member opens the change request using SDP and approves the change, there is no issue. Hi all, I have no problem monitoring SuSE i686 machines via SNMP, with all 3 dials showing data. But with SuSE x86_64, I can only get 2 dials (CPU & Memory) data, while Disk Utilization is blank. Just wondering anyone has any success or similar experience. Rgds, -- OpM_support

Can charges be done based on category?
I am contracted out to a site where most things are covered under the contract so there are no charges in the helpdesk system but for certain jobs that are not covered i would like the helpdesk system to automatically apply an hourly rate charge to jobs in a certain category. eg: any job in category 'user administration' (which is covered by contract) would be billing $0/hour any job in category 'unsupported software support' (not covered by contract) would be billing at $100/hour thanks

I try to add a server HQ2 (Windows 2008) into opmanager but it fail as it say it already in HQ1 interface (HQ1 and HQ2 is deifferent server physically). So i delete HQ1 so i could add HQ2. After adding HQ2, im adding back HQ1 but got this problem. What is this? How to solve this....
Problem to add device after upgrade to build 8811
I just upgraded my opmanager to build 8811 few minutes ago but facing problem to add device as the "Add Device" button is unable to click. So I got mad and click rapidly the button until by accident click on far right edge of the button then it works..... tested on Chrome12.0 , IE9
