Display issues with employee search

I still have display issues with self service plus when doing an employee search (and subsequent result sets).
  1. Custom attributes - I have created a custom attribute " extensionAttribute3" and given it a name of Salutation. It updates properly through SelfService and can be seen in AD (through ADManager Plus)  However creating a search (through employee search) with the field "Salutation" which is in the pick list does not display anything - as if the field is blank.
  2. When Label a field - say company - as Division, I would like the display in search to say Division not company. The self service layout allows and edit of the label (field name) but the corresponding employee search shows the default field name. This is annoying.
  3. The LDAP attribute: postOfficeBox does not show up in the pick list for display in the employee search functions. It's not in the list.
  4. It generally appears that custom attributes will not display in employee search, but will show in the selfservice module.
The lack of this functionality is hampering my ability to 'go live' with the product and is VERY important.
