Exclude Criteria - ntp clock-period

We are running Build 5450 and have several Cisco devices (2x AS5350, 2x AS5400) that have the ntp clock-period configuration line. These are in the Cisco AccessServer template. The documentation states that these lines were ignored in Build 5330, however, we continually receive notices on our daily sync checks. We have tried adding exclude criteria for these within the AccessServer template but nothing seems to ignore this line. Any suggestions?
