Select Mail Server Settings/Email Command tab
Enable E-Mail Command
E-mail Subject contains @SDP@
Command Delimiter @@
Email Subject: SDP Test
Contents:
@@OPERATION=AddRequest@@
@@CATEGORY=Notebook@@
@@GROUP=Staff@@
This created a request in the Service Desk but did not populate the fields I'd specified in the email - it just used the email contents & put them into the description field of the request.
