SSL over POP and SMTP Stops Working After Certificate Upgrade
We have been using SSL over POP and SMTP for awhile and works very well. Previously, our certificate was a 1024 bit key size and did not require an intermediate certificate. On our mail server we recently had to upgrade our certificate beccause of expiration. The new certificate was issued by RapidSSL and now comes with an additional intermediate certificate. Now, SupportCenter will no longer make successful connections via POPS or SMTPS. We do not believe the poblem is with the mail server.
Assets scan in SDP 8022
Tried both agent and script scanning. Same situation: All our 15 PCs with ASUS motherboards are shown in assets as System Product Name Service Tag: System Serial Number Model: System Product Name (System manufacturer) and it is ONE asset, so after each scan we have a records in history of this asset: Computer (nsk-wst012.msk.local) - Name changed from nsk-wst009.msk.local to nsk-wst012.msk.local Computer (nsk-wst012.msk.local) - BIOS Version changed from 081810 - 20100818 to 071510 - 20100715 and
Audit reports
Hi, The audit reporting would be very useful to track who did what however they seem to be lacking information especially for changes made to mailboxes (e.g. if someone is given access to another user's mailbox) Below is an example of the audit report. It tells me who made a change and what mailbox was changed but doesn't tell me what exactly was changed and also vitally does not say to whom was the access granted. Can this be achieved? ADManager Plus 5 wont start up (mysqld-nt.exe has stopped working)

Device in Trouble state without open alarms
Hi, I have a bunch of devices showing Trouble state (in the icon next to the device name) but there are no alarms for them. Can I do something to correct this? Many business views are shown in trouble too because of them. Thanks in advance. Andres

Is there a way we can make worklog on request visible to requesters (read only) to show them the work is being done.
LDAP down, I can't login
This is mine problem, I selected LDAP connection and now, in my login page I can't no more select my domains. There are only LDAP and local access. There are 5 admin, 4 admin can't login because there is no AD access and the default admin is no longer in the DB. When I try the query in the FAQ to reset admin password I can't find admin/administrator user. How can I restore the connection to my domain and delete the LDAP one??
Alarms on virtual device
Hello, I have to monitor several ESX with new VM created each days. My problem is I don't want to monitor those VM but only a few of them. I have already used the quick configuration wizard to suppress alarms on virtual device but when a new one is created I still have alarms from it. Announcement Notifciation Enhancement
When an announcement is posted in SDP, it would be nice if there was a notificaiton in the bar below the tabs. Maybe when a new announcement is posted, put a button next to the Quick Actions dropdown. It would get the attention of the technicians that need to know those without requiring email to get those notifications. Speaking from my experience, I rarely go to the Home Tab, My View section.

SNMP Trap-based workflow issue
I’m trying to create workflows based on SNMP traps and cannot figure out how to reference the trap that triggered the workflow. Notification of deleted requests?
Is there a way to configure notification rules for when a request/problem/change etc is deleted? I would like to receive an email notification every time an item is deleted from the system with the content of the item and the user who deleted it included. Moving opmanager an MSSQL database to a new network

Embed-ed dashboard for large screen
Currently, I'm using the large screen monitor as the dashboard to monitor the devices. Those screens are really handy to see what is going on the network devices and servers. I'm using the 2 screens. One for the Server and VM OpManager business view dashboard & Applications Manager business view on dashboard with embed-ed iframe. Others are network map. These screens are refreshed by JavaScript and show 30 seconds each. Also, since it is large screen, I enlarged the screen by 130% on web browser.

Remove 'Jump to' icons on SubBar
An organization may not even own the OPManager and/or ADManager products. As such, there is nothing and it is irrelevant to have a "jump to" link to them. This button/link should be removed or configured to optionally display.
layer 2 mapping and VLAN

Hey guys, I'm currently working with Application Manager 9 and want to personalize commands/alert configuration, because I want reiterative alerts with defined intervals. The only option I see under the Admin > Commands/Alert configuration is the following: 'Execute commands repeatedly in case the state of the atribute is Critic or warning (until it clears)' Any chance I can personalize that? WMI not an option on Central
Hi, We are in the process of defining the device templates for our servers. When we want use wmi to add counters not default in OpManager, we do not get the option to use WMI when on the Central node. On the probes on the other hand, this is an option. What can we do to enable wmi for monitoring on the Central server too? Regards Svein
